Terms of service
Effective 1 November 2026
A small hobby service
Dark Thai Online is a hobby game server in Thailand. Service may pause for maintenance or repairs, and game data may change.
Respect other players
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, harass others, or access accounts that are not yours. Keep your login details safe. Administrators may restrict accounts that disrupt players or the service.
Age and parents
Players under 20 need permission from a parent or guardian before topping up. Parents who find an unauthorised top-up can contact support@darkthai.com.
In-game items and currency
Items, currency and characters are a licence to use inside the game only. They are not property and cannot be exchanged for real money. Do not buy or sell accounts, characters or items for real money outside the game; we are not responsible for losses from such trades.
Account suspension
Accounts that cheat, use unauthorised bots or tools, or exploit bugs may be suspended without a refund of top-ups already used. If a payment is reversed through a bank or payment provider after items were delivered, the account may be suspended while we check it. If you think a suspension is a mistake, contact support@darkthai.com.
Payments and contact
Top-ups are for in-game items. Read the refund policy before paying. Contact support@darkthai.com for questions or problems. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
If the service closes
If the server is closed permanently, we will announce it on this website and our Facebook page at least 30 days in advance and stop accepting top-ups from the day of the announcement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will announce changes on this website and our Facebook page before they take effect. Playing after the effective date means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by Thai law.
