What we store and why
We store your Google or LINE user ID for login, character data to save your progress, top-up slips to verify payments and resolve payment issues, and IP addresses and connection logs to prevent cheating and keep the service secure.
Character names shown on the website
The website shows character names with in-game events such as rebirth, reaching level 150 or a successful upgrade. It never shows account names, emails or other data. If you do not want your character name shown, contact support@darkthai.com.
Service providers
The website runs on Cloudflare, which processes visit data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and block attacks. Login uses Google or LINE under their own policies. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep data
Account and character data are kept while the account is active. Connection logs are kept for at least 90 days as required by law and no longer than 1 year. Top-up slips are kept for up to 5 years for accounting. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days, except data the law requires us to keep.
Analytics and data care
We use cookieless web analytics to improve the website, and only administrators who need it can access personal data.
Your rights and contact
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data and exercise other rights subject to the law. Email support@darkthai.com. We may ask for information to verify account ownership.
