Check your account and order before paying.
When you can request a refund
Refund requests are accepted only for duplicate or failed top-ups. Contact us within 7 days of payment. This does not limit your statutory rights.
How to request a refund
Email support@darkthai.com with the payment date, time, amount, affected order, and payment evidence. An administrator will check the transaction before processing it. Never send your password.
